Returns and refunds
Returns are not accepted. If your order has not shipped, you can request cancellation for a refund of the amount paid minus the 3% Shopify fee. Refunds are otherwise not offered.
For a return, refund, damaged, missing, or incorrect delivery, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Contact support.
Instant-pack card buyback
For eligible cards, request 90% of the locked card value as store credit within 24 hours of reveal, or 85% afterward. Cash buyback is 80% of the locked card value, paid through PayPal or Zelle.
Store credit is issued instantly. Cash buyback is reviewed and depends on verification. Payment is made immediately after verification is complete.
Card buyback is a separate option from a product return or order refund. Review the quote and the options shown on your card in virtual inventory before submitting a request. Track completion in your inventory.
